Welcome to Plumas Bank’s VoiceBanking Services

Plumas Bank’s VoiceBanking gives you round-the-clock quick and easy access to much of the information you need about your Plumas Bank checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs and loans.

Before using Plumas Bank’s VoiceBanking, make sure you have your account number ready. The last four digits of the social security number of the primary account holder have been assigned as your initial security code. You will be prompted to set a permanent code between six and 15 digits in length.

From any touch-tone phone in the United States call 1.800.5.PLUMAS (800.575.8627). Wait for the greeting and then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. Our VoiceBanking menus are detailed below.  During business hours, if you have any questions navigating the menu, press 0 (Operator) and your friends at Plumas Bank will be happy to help.
