Cassie Oyarzun joined Plumas Bank over a decade ago. Born and raised in Cedarville, California and having grown up on a ranch, Cassie has extensive agriculture experience. Today she, along with her husband and children, work their own cattle operation. Her intimate knowledge of the industry and her desire to be deeply involved in the betterment of Modoc County and surrounding Northeastern California communities is an asset to the clients she serves.

Jag was born in Yuba City and has lived in the area his entire life. He grew up working on the family farm since his teenage years while attending school. He has a Bachelors degree in Finance from the California State University, Sacramento.  Jag has been in Ag lending since 2004. He focuses on AG real estate loans, crop loans and equipment loans.  Working on the farm has helped him better understand Ag lending.

Tomi Arteaga was born and raised in Northern California, spending most of her life in Red Bluff. Raised around agriculture, she developed a deep appreciation for rural communities and the producers who anchor them. She began her banking career right out of college, starting in back-office operations and working through several roles before joining the Ag team three years ago. Community minded and solution driven, Tomi is committed to supporting local operations and strengthening the region she calls home.
