    Our business advisors look forward to meeting you to understand your business needs. Please contact us by giving us a call, visiting your nearest branch or completing the interest form below. We set up a call or meeting at your convenience. 

    When we connect with you, we’ll share how Plumas Bank can best partner with your business. We provide a wide range of tools to support your business needs, including business banking accounts, remote deposit capture, online banking, credit card processing, and more.

  • Step 2 – Ready to make the switch? Open a Business Account

    We value your time and know you’re busy. Stop by the branch or call us, and we’ll get to work for you. To open a business account, you’ll need to provide:

    • Your social security number and government issued ID for all signers/owners
    • Contact info about all business owners or additional account signers
    • Business EIN (employer identification number) or social security number
    • A completed Customer Identification Program ID Form
    • Other documents as needed - your business advisor can share more. 

  • Step 3 - Let us set up your account services

    We will set up your account services so you have everything you need. 

    • Order your debit card        
    • Enroll in online banking
    • Enroll in mobile banking
    • Order Checks
    • Determine Remote Deposit Check Processing
    • Determine Merchant Services Credit Card Processing
    • Set up Night Drop
  • Step 4 – Establish Payables and Receivables

    • Now you’re ready to contact the companies you pay and companies that pay you. Provide them with your new Plumas Bank account and routing numbers.
    • Set up Bill Pay in your online banking portal and switch over any automatic transfers.

  • Step 5 – You’re ready to close your old accounts

    • Confirm that all checks have cleared and that your automatic payments have been moved over. 
    • Close your old accounts. 
    • Celebrate a job well done!
