Service Update
8/13/25: Important reminder to our clients: Plumas Bank will never contact you via text, email or phone to ask you for your account numbers or passwords.
Your best defense against bad actors is to protect yourself and adopt a zero-trust mindset. Don’t trust caller ID as calls can be spoofed. Don’t trust the voice on the other line as that can be replicated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Spam texts are sent to cell numbers all the time.
Contact your local banker or our client resource center using the number published on a trusted source such as plumasbank.com or via your secure online banking portal.
