Conversion of Bank of Feather River Accounts
Welcome to Plumas Bank

Welcome to Plumas Bank at Yuba City. The conversion of Bank of Feather River accounts to Plumas Bank's existing system will happen in November 2021. Our goal is to make this conversion as seamless as possible for clients at our newest location in Yuba City. 

  • Your new Plumas Bank account will be active starting 9 a.m., November 15, 2021.
  • The transition of your personal and business deposit accounts from Bank of Feather River to Plumas Bank will happen automatically.
  • You will receive your new Plumas Bank account number prior to November 15, 2021. 
  • You will also receive new checks and a new debit card if your current Bank of Feather River debit card is active. 
  • To welcome Bank of Feather River clients, Plumas Bank is pleased to waive monthly service fees for personal and business deposit accounts for the first year (Nov. 2021 - Nov. 2022). All other fees will apply.

In October 2021, clients will begin receiving packets of information sent to your primary mailing address. These packets and letters contain important information about your account transition to Plumas Bank on November 15, 2021. See below to view the information you will receive in October and November 2021, prior to your account conversion.

  • Personal Deposit Accounts

    If you have personal deposit accounts with Bank of Feather River, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail to your primary mailing address by October 15. The welcome packet contains: 

    If you did not receive your welcome packet, contact Mandy Jones, VP and Business Advisor, at 530-300-7673 as soon as possible.


    Before November 15, 2021, you will also receive in the mail to your primary mailing address: 

    • A complimentary supply of checks
    • A new debit card (if your Bank of Feather River debit card is currently active)
    • An offer for Plumas Bank Personal Plumas Plus Overdraft Protection (see full details) if you currently have a personal overdraft line of credit at Bank of Feather River. You must opt-in to continue overdraft services and return a signed document prior to November 15. 
    • Additional packets of information if you also have business accounts or loans with Bank of Feather River. 
  • Business Deposit Accounts

    If you have business deposit accounts with Bank of Feather River, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail to your primary mailing address by October 15. The welcome packet contains: 

    Please make sure we have your correct primary mailing address on file. If you did not receive your welcome packet by October 15, contact Mandy Jones, VP and Business Advisor, at 530-300-7673 as soon as possible.


    Before November 15, 2021, you will also receive in the mail to your primary mailing address: 

    • A complimentary supply of checks
    • A new debit card (if your Bank of Feather River debit card is currently active)
    • An offer for Plumas Bank Business Exxpress Overdraft Protection (see full details) if you currently have a business overdraft line of credit at Bank of Feather River. You must opt-in to continue overdraft services and return a signed document prior to November 15. 
    • Additional packets of information if you also have personal accounts or loans with Bank of Feather River. 
  • Overdraft Line of Credit

    Personal and Business account holders who currently have an overdraft line of credit with Bank of Feather River will receive an offer for overdraft protection services from Plumas Bank. This is offered to clients with no credit approval required and with the same credit limit (see offer for details and Annual Percentage Rate).

    This offer was mailed to clients on September 27, 2021. If you did not receive your offer letter and documentation at your primary mailing address, contact your Plumas Bank Yuba City loan officer at 530-755-3700. Clients will need to sign and return the documents by November 15, 2021 to receive overdraft line of credit on personal or business accounts at Plumas Bank (you'll need to sign a document for each account).

    Note: if you do nothing, no additional advances will be permitted on your Bank of Feather River overdraft line of credit and any outstanding balance may either be paid in full or termed out as of November 15, 2021. See your offer letter for details or contact your loan officer.
