Cassie Oyarzun joined Plumas Bank over a decade ago. Born and raised in Cedarville, California, Cassie grew up on a cattle and hay ranch. Today she, along with her husband and children, work their own cattle and hay operation. Cassie has intimate knowledge of the ag industry and is deeply involved in the betterment of Modoc County and surrounding Northeastern California communities.

A California native, John Rayl grew up in Chico and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from California State University, Chico. He has over 35 years of ag and commercial banking experience. John excels in combining his agriculture and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of a client’s current financial position to provide innovative and workable solutions. He now calls Klamath Falls, Oregon his home and serves clients throughout the region.

Jeffrey W. Cryer grew up on a small family farm in Yuba City becoming a lender in 1980 after graduating from California State University, Chico. His lending career has all been in community banks with a concentration in commercial and agricultural lending. Jeff was instrumental in forming Bank of Feather River in Yuba City in 2006.  In addition to handling the loan portfolio, he served as the bank's chief credit officer and bank board member. Bank of Feather River merged with Plumas Bank in 2021 and Jeff remains with the company as a senior vice president and commercial lending group manager in Yuba City.

Jag was born in Yuba City and has lived in the area his entire life. He grew up working on the family farm growing almonds and walnuts. He has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. Jag has been in ag lending since 2004 and focuses on agriculture real estate loans, crop loans and equipment loans. Working on the farm gave Jag a unique perspective of the ag business and the challenges farmers navigate every day.

Cindy grew up on a small family farm in Sutter County where her dad grew rice, wheat and tomatoes. The farm also had a chicken ranch (15,000 chickens) which Cindy worked at until she was16. She has been in banking for 45 years and lending for 20 years. Cindy began her banking career as an Ag lender in 2005 and focuses on smaller (under $2 million) Ag production loans.

Grey Foster was raised farming and ranching in between California and Nevada. From a young age, he has worked on his family’s operation producing orchard crops in California and raising organic beef cattle and alfalfa hay in Nevada. Grey also has extensive first-hand experience in the wine grape, rice, row crops, custom farming/harvesting, and aerial application industries. In addition, he has taught Viticulture, Orchard Production, and Agricultural Plant Biology at a college level. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from California State University Chico, he went on to study wine production in Spain. Grey started his lending career with a major agricultural lending institution before joining Plumas Bank in 2021.
