Using TeleBank®

Before using Plumas Bank's new TeleBank, make sure you have your account  number handy.  It appears on the upper right hand corner of your statement in the center at the very bottom corner of your checks.  You will also need your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).  The last four digits of the social security number of the primary account holder have been assigned as you initial PIN.  The first time you request information on each account you will be required to change your PIN to any four digits you choose. 

From any touch-tone phone in the United States, call 1-800-5-PLUMAS --that is 800-575-8627.   From the Quincy area, please call (530) 283-6840.

Wait for the greeting then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. 

Should you have any problems using this service during normal banking hours, simply push Ooper button and you will be connected to a Customer Service Representative.
