Welcome to Plumas Bank.
There once was a time when
you could walk into a bank and feel at home - a time

name and you felt part of a community. We miss those
times. So we've done our best to create a bank where our
people will take the time to discuss your goals and,
just as important, find solutions to your financial
needs. Where you can get all the services and high-tech

something you thought disappeared long ago--a sense of

Since our founding in 1980,
our assets have grown to nearly $400,000,000 and we now
have twelve branches serving local families and
businesses between Lake Tahoe and the Oregon border. We
have enjoyed profitability every year since our
formation. I believe we offer a real and personal
alternative to the service offered by the big banks.
In late 2003 we expanded into
Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Loyalton. We also introduced
internet bill paying to compliment our NetTeller and
TeleBank services.
